Finally, some time spent with my new pen tablet, which I have not fully enjoyed for some weeks now.
I´m still experimenting, and I went "Comics-style" on this one.

i agree with meninobesta about the position. you could have do it in a more dinamic position. yet, like you said, it's "comic's style" so it feels like it will land on top of someone to chop it off! :)
about your technique, just to things for you to try out next time. the lightning effect is not very much into the drawing style. try to melt it more with the drawing. and try using shadings in the skin and other surfaces. it will work better. if you're using photoshop, try out the burn/dodge tool in the layer where your coloured area is. you can add details like veins and such on new layers. :)
